Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition—unworn and with tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been tried on or used. Please note that Koko Couture eyelashes are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

UK DELIVERY:

Standard delivery - £2.99 (2-4 working day delivery)

Next working day delivery - £4.99 (order before 3PM Monday-Thursday)

Orders placed on Friday after 3PM are shipped the next working day

EU AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Standard international - £7.00 (5-15 working day delivery, depending on the location)

US express delivery - from £18.00
